Meet Ncikazi Mthamzeli
Founder & Lead HR Consultant
With over five years of experience in Human Resources across the retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors, Ncikazi founded The People & Labour Desk with a clear purpose—to provide SMMEs with practical, people-centred Labour Relations and HR support.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Labour Relations Management, she is passionate about helping businesses strengthen workplace relationships, minimise employment risks, and build legally compliant workplaces where both employers and employees can thrive.
